Property Surveillance
Vallarta Properties' Surveillance and Maintenance services are designed to go hand-in-hand, but each can be contracted
separately.
With our Property Surveillance service, one of our property managers does a periodic checking of your property, both inside and out,
looking for anything that might require further attention...
- trees, bushes and gardens
- lighting
- debris, litter, graffiti
- security of doors, windows, gates
- swimming pools and fountains
- properly functioning electrical, water, gas, communications, air conditioning and security systems
- damage from water or wind
- routine maintenance, cleaning of floors, walls, windows, ceiling fans, etc.
- need for painting touch-ups
- need for any other repairs
The schedule of checking your property can be ...
- monthly
- bi weekly
- weekly
- twice a week
according to your wishes.
Following the surveillance visit, a report of any findings with our recommendations will be sent to you by email or to your own RSS news feed from Vallarta Properties.
For special problems, pictures can be taken and sent to you for your further information on dealing with the situation.
If you also have a Property Maintenance contract with us, the required routine maintenance services will be scheduled
immediately, or for special items, after an estimate of cost is obtained and approved by you.
Our fees for Property Surveillance are based on the frequency of inspection that you want, the size of the property, and complexity of
the surveillance required... a small condo or apartment would take much less time and effort than a large hacienda.
Your Surveillance contract is for a minimum of one month.
To provide an estimate of our fee for our Surveillance service for you, one of our property managers will need to visit your property with
you to get to know the property in detail, and discuss and take notes on any special requirements you may have.
Of course there is no charge for this visit.
