When you exit the elevator, you see to the left the dining room that seats 16, and the living room with a flat screen LCD satellite home theater.

To the right is an indoor/outdoor wrap-around marble bar and a gourmet kitchen.

And straight ahead is the terrace with a heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi with the most spectacular views of the city of Puerto Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas. This terrace area also seats 16 at 2 circular marble tables and features a professional grill.

The interior design of Casa Yvonneka mixes vibrant Mexican colors and original art with subdued Cantera stonework indigenous to Mexico.

This villa is perched above Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. Your view is Puerto Vallarta downtown and Zona Romantica, the bay with its spectacular sunsets, and the gorgeous Sierra Madre mountains. You may be lucky enough to glimpse the whales that swim the bay, and from the terrace enjoy the nightly fireworks that light up the enchanted evening sky and twinkling lights of old Puerto Vallarta.

Casa Yvonneka is a magical retreat that can be rented with 6 to 8 spacious bedrooms ... each with custom furniture, marble bathrooms, 30" cable/satellite televisions, individual air conditioning, and tropical ceiling fans. 6 rooms have their own dazzling view of the bay, and the other 2 overlook the tropical garden.
