Located in the Old Town, just above Parque Hidalgo and the north end of the Malecon, Casa Ambos Mundos is close to the best that PV has to offer - just a short four to five minute walk to the beach or Malecon and the many shops and restaurants that are nearby.
Located on a charming cobblestone street in PV, Casa A M also offers many modern conveniences.
The house is laid out on four separate floors.
As you enter you find a fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer. Also on this entry level floor is a custom-made mesquite dining table and six chairs and a beautiful buffet cabinet.
Down one floor is a large bedroom with queen-sized bed, a TV lounge and full bathroom. For comfort, this floor is air-conditioned.
One floor up from the kitchen and dining room is the living room. This airy and comfortable room has two patios with floor to ceiling doors and ceiling fan. A sofa makes into a single bed for guests. On the patio facing the bay, you have a built-in propane barbeque grill and iron table with four chairs, and filtered views through a beautiful bamboo tree.
Upstairs on the top floor is another bedroom with queen-sized bed. Another full bathroom is right off of this bedroom. This level also has two patios. The total view of Banderas Bay is spectacular. From Punta Mita to Los Arcos, you have an incredible view of both the city and the bay.
Casa Ambos Mundos was recently remodeled and contains new plumbing and electric services. The beds are German orthopedic and very comfortable. The house is tastefully decorated and a pleasant place to spend a week or a year.
