their bills paid on-time.

- Condo maintenance fees
- Insurance
- Security
- General Maintenance
and you can relax knowing that everything has been looked after for you.
You need only add funds to your account with us as needed to maintain a balance sufficient to pay the next month's bills and our fee.
Our fee varies as to the Bill-Paying Option that you use for the month. There are 4 basic options:
- a single bill
- up to 4 bills per month
- up to 7 bills per month
- up to 10 bills per month
For multiple properties, we offer additional discounts on our fees.
And of course we will be happy to customize a program for you.
Our minimum contract is for 3 months.
