The only cost is a $50 peso charge for each Reservation or Information Request that you receive... and wish to accept... and you decide
which requests that you access so you're in total control.

Vallarta Properties provides photography and copywriting services, and will also create and update your listing
for a small fee if you have little experience and do not want to be involved in learning these new steps.
- photography and image processing service (photo shoot of minimum of 15 pictures to choose from) - $300 pesos per hour (minimum $300 pesos per session)
- creating description copy from either an interview with you or information you provide - $250 pesos
- creating your listing with text and pictures on our network - $250 pesos
- maintaining and updating your property listing with new information you provide - $300 pesos per hour (minimum $50 pesos for 10 minutes)
